We are the operators of the Hotel Newton in Heilbronn. Our hotel is located approximately 500m from the 6 apartments. This ensures a quick face-to-face communication. As a tenant of our Longstay apartments, you also have access to some of our hotel’s amenities, further increasing your comfort.
The 6 apartments, which were planned 6 years ago with business customers in mind, have a central location in Heilbronn. Depending on the apartment, you can expect 30-35m² of living space with up to date amenities and high-quality furnishings. Starting with the kitchenette including a microwave and dishwasher as well as a large refrigerator up to your own doorbell and mailbox on the facade. Of course, the serviced apartments are fully furnished and provide high-speed internet via WiFi. Therefore you can not only enjoy your evening in our Longstay Apartments, but are also equipped for video conferences and “home office”.

Coming from the south, drive into the city on Stuttgarter Straße and continue on Oststraße until you reach the “Aral” gas station. Taking a left turn into Moltkestraße, you will reach your destination. Arriving from the north, take Neckarsulmer Straße/Schaeuffelenstraße. At the end of the street turn left into Weinsberger Straße until you reach the second major intersection where you turn right into Osstraße. Before reaching the “Esso” gas station, turn left into Moltkestraße. The entrance to the underground car park is located at Goethestraße 3, 74076 Heilbronn. Taking suburban line “S4” going to Öhringen from Heilbronn main station, you can arrive at the station “Friedensplatz” in about 10 minutes. The Hotel is located within a two minute walking distance.
